The NKE long - coupled pump is designed with main dimensions in accordance with the EN 733 standard, so the use of a spacer coupling makes maintenance easy. All our end - suction pumps are tested according to the acceptance grade standard of ISO 9906:2012 before leaving the factory.

The flanges are of PN 10 type, and their dimensions conform to the EN 1092 - 2 standard. The pump has an axial suction port, a radial discharge port, and a horizontal shaft. It adopts a back - pull - out design, enabling maintenance personnel to disassemble the coupling, bearing bracket, and impeller without loosening the motor, pump casing, and pipes. The unbalanced O - ring shaft seal meets the DIN EN 12756 standard. An air - cooled, base - mounted permanent - magnet synchronous motor is installed on the pump. The pump body and the motor are mounted on the same base frame. The motor's junction box contains a frequency converter and a PI controller. This allows the system to continuously adjust the motor speed, enabling the pump to be adjusted to the optimal operating state according to environmental conditions.
