CRNE-HS and CRN-SF Vertical Stainless Steel Multistage Centrifugal Pumps

The CRNE-HS single pump and CRN-SF double pump are a type of vertical stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump system. Made of stainless steel material of AISI 316 grade, they are capable of withstanding high-pressure limit conditions. They are highly suitable for fields such as cleaning systems, water treatment systems, industrial equipment, boiler feed water systems, filtration, and reverse osmosis.

In high-pressure applications, pumps usually face various extreme conditions, such as high inlet pressure, high operating pressure, frequent start-up/shut-down, and pressure pulsation. These conditions may cause the pump to be overloaded, thereby increasing the wear and tear of pump components (such as motor bearings and shaft seals) and shortening the service life of the stainless steel centrifugal pump. If the flow rate is lower than 5 m3/h, please use the CRNE-HS single pump model; if the flow rate exceeds this value, please use the CRN-SF double pump model.

The stuffing box is inverted to ensure that the shaft seal is not affected by the higher pump discharge pressure. The material of the pump body in contact with the liquid is high - grade stainless steel.
