H Series Products CNC Vertical Compound Grinding Center
H Series Products of CNC high-precision vertical compound grinding centers features a novel and compact structural design, good rigidity, and strong practicability, achieving a high degree of integration of high precision, high speed, and high performance. This series of grinding machines can grind inner holes, outer circles, and end faces in one clamping. It has functions such as automatic tool changing, automatic workpiece measurement, and on-line dynamic balancing of the grinding wheel, enabling a wide processing range.
Main Features and Performance
The H150G, H350GH, H650GP, H1250G, and H2000G spiral bevel gear grinding machines are seven-axis five-linkage CNC spiral bevel gear machining machines.
The H350GA and H650GA spiral bevel gear grinding machines are eight-axis five-linkage CNC spiral bevel gear machining machines. The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with an eccentric grinding mechanism, which can efficiently grind generated method large gears. It can be processed by the full - process method or the fixed installation method. The machine can grind and process high - reduction ratio hypoid gears and end - face tooth - type couplings.
The workpiece spindles of the gear grinding machines H150G, H350GH, H350GA, H650GP, and H650GA all adopt direct - drive technology, with high indexing accuracy.
