H-C Series Product CNC Vertical Compound Grinding Center
H-C Series Product of CNC high-precision vertical compound grinding centers features a novel and compact structural design, good rigidity, and strong practicability, achieving a high degree of integration of high precision, high speed, and high performance. This series of grinding machines can grind inner holes, outer circles, and end faces in one clamping. It has functions such as automatic tool changing, automatic workpiece measurement, and on-line dynamic balancing of the grinding wheel, enabling a wide processing range.
Main Features and Performance
The spiral bevel gear milling machines of various models are all six-axis five-linkage CNC spiral bevel gear machining machines.
All can use the face milling method to process Gleason-conforming circular arc bevel gears. The models using the face hobbing method can process the involute bevel gears of the (Oerlikon) system / (Klingelnberg) tooth system. Can perform dry cutting with the new-structured cutter head, and can also use the traditional cutter head for up-cut milling. The H80C machine tool control adopts the China Baodiao i5 five-axis linkage CNC system, realizing the application of the domestic self-developed system in high-end gear machining machines. Other machine tool controls use the SIEMENS 840DSL CNC system. The H80C machine tool can use the Siemens double-sided gear cutting, and can also use the fixed-installation cutter head for high-efficiency (5 times the efficiency of traditional gear shaping) machining of straight bevel gears. The cutter spindle and workpiece spindle of the gear milling machines H80C, H150C, and H350C all adopt direct drive technology. The H150C and H350C machine tools can meet the machining of high-reduction-ratio hypoid gears and face circular arc couplings. The machine tool can perform automatic tool setting and automatic allowance distribution. |
