Plate Condenser

This plate condenser is a new-generation, high-efficiency heat exchange device. Leveraging the sophisticated structural design of corrugated metal plates, it achieves a heat transfer efficiency far superior to that of traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

It offers exceptional adaptability for condensation processes involving medium-to-low pressure and clean media. The main body of the equipment consists of multiple stacked metal plates with specially designed corrugated profiles, forming regular thin rectangular channels between them. Hot and cold fluids flow through adjacent channels respectively, completing rapid heat exchange and condensation through the metal plates.

Compared with shell-and-tube heat exchangers, this equipment achieves a significantly higher heat transfer coefficient under the same conditions of flow resistance and pump power consumption.
