Product Description
The DFSS series double - suction pumps are horizontal single - stage double - suction pumps. This series of pumps adopts a horizontal split - case structure. Meanwhile, it has obtained the national key new product certification recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the certificate of high - tech achievement transformation recognition in Shanghai.

 

The DFSS series pumps have remarkable features such as reliable performance, energy - saving, convenient maintenance, and long service life. Since they were put into the market, they have been highly favored by users.

 

The pump adopts a straight - line design with reinforcing ribs, making the pump structure more reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and stable in installation.

 

The short bearing spacing improves the shaft rigidity, ensuring the unit operates stably with small vibration and low noise.

 

The fully - sealed pump shaft design prevents the pump shaft from contacting the conveyed medium, thus ensuring that the pump shaft is not corroded, easy to disassemble and assemble, and has a long service life.

 

Some bearing bodies adopt a split - middle structure. By opening the pump cover and the upper cover of the bearing body, the entire rotor can be taken out, which enables simple adjustment and convenient maintenance.

 

There are two types of shaft seal structures: mechanical seal and packing seal. According to user requirements, special sealing methods can also be adopted, such as sand - proof special seal, lamellar shear packing seal, etc.

 

The pump body and pump cover both use resin - sand molding, which ensures accurate dimensions of the casting appearance and flow channels, as well as a smooth surface, thus improving the hydraulic efficiency.

 

The pump selects a hydraulic model and adopts CFD optimization design, which improves the hydraulic efficiency of the pump and its cavitation performance.

 

The finite - element method is used for strength calculation, making the pump operate more reliably and durably and extending its service life.

 

The bearing has a water - cooling structure and can be used under high - temperature working conditions.

This series of products is applicable to industries such as power stations, water supply, municipal, construction, fire protection, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., for conveying clean water or other media with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

  • Flow rate: 66 - 37000 m³/h
  • Head: 5 - 180 m
  • Inlet pressure: < 0.3 MPa
  • Temperature of conveyed medium: Conventional ≤ 80°C, with cooling structure < 105°C. Special order is required when the inlet pressure ≥ 0.3 MPa or the temperature is equal to or higher than 105°C.
