TL10B-H plates and gaskets are key components of plate heat exchangers, with core functions including:


  • Medium Isolation: Through the cooperation of plates and sealing gaskets, the mixing and leakage of hot and cold media are prevented.
  • Efficient Heat Exchange: As the core heat transfer element, the plate cooperates with the corrugated structure to enhance heat transfer and realize temperature regulation between media.

1. Plate Composition and Structure

Each plate consists of two core components that work together to achieve heat transfer and sealing functions:

    • 254SMO (high-corrosion-resistance super austenitic stainless steel, used in strong corrosion environments);

    • Titanium (resistant to strong corrosion, suitable for seawater and acidic solutions);
    • Nickel (high temperature resistance + alkali resistance, used in high-temperature working conditions of the chemical industry);
    • Titanium-Palladium Alloy (corrosion resistance superior to pure titanium, suitable for high-concentration acids);
    • Hastelloy (resistant to various strongly corrosive media, used in extreme industrial environments).
