The EC500-Plates Plate Evaporator is a high-efficiency heat exchange device widely suitable for industrial evaporation processes, boasting core advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, easy maintenance and flexible expandability. With plates as its core heat transfer components, it has distinct advantages over traditional tubular evaporators in space utilization, heat exchange efficiency and operational adaptability, and can meet the evaporation requirements of material concentration, gas-liquid separation and other processes across various industries.

II. Core Working Principle

The equipment achieves material evaporation and concentration through wall-type heat exchange: After preheating, the material to be treated undergoes heat exchange with the heating medium on both sides of the heat transfer plates, raising the material temperature above the bubble point at the corresponding pressure to achieve continuous boiling. The gas-liquid mixture formed after boiling then enters the gas-liquid separator, where high-concentration concentrate is separated from pure saturated water vapor-fulfilling the core objective of material concentration. The separated water vapor can be further processed and recovered in the condenser.

III. Equipment Structure and Assembly Types

The flow channels for material and steam are formed by alternately assembling plates of the same specification, sealed either by gaskets or by welding. According to the application scenario and material characteristics, three assembly types are provided to meet different industrial requirements:
  • Detachable type: The mainstream and core type, with multiple practical advantages, making it the most widely used in industry.
  • Semi-welded type: Balances sealing performance and partial disassembly-maintainability, suitable for scenarios with certain corrosion or sealing requirements.
  • All-welded type: Excellent sealing performance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-demand chemical and corrosive material processing applications
