Both the CNC type and the manual type can ensure the requirements of high-precision inspection and matching equipment. The CNC type adopts the SIEMENS CNC system.
The main shaft of the main drive box of the CNC type adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
The CNC type is equipped with a main shaft locking mechanism for checking the backlash of the bevel gear.
For the CNC type, each linear axis adopts a servo motor, a high-precision rolling guide rail and a ball screw drive.
The loading of the driven wheel of the CNC type is realized through a magnetic powder (brake). The loading torque can be adjusted as needed through the control panel.
