The plate condenser is a new type of highly efficient heat exchange equipment and a core application category of plate heat exchangers. Core Structure and Working Principle
This plate condenser is constructed by stacking a series of metal plates with specially designed corrugated profiles, which form thin rectangular flow channels between them. Hot and cold fluids flow through adjacent channels respectively, transferring heat and completing the condensation process via the metal plates. The corrugated design of the plates not only expands the effective heat exchange area but also intensifies the turbulent flow state of the fluids, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency. Under the same conditions of flow resistance and pump power consumption, its heat transfer coefficient is far superior to that of conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
