Centered around the plate heat exchanger as the core heat exchange unit, the complete system integrates three key components: plate preheater, plate heat exchanger, and plate condenser. These are combined with auxiliary equipment including material pumps, separators, demisters, steam scrubbers, and process pipelines.
All components operate in synergy to deliver complete evaporation processing—from material preheating and heat exchange through evaporation, gas-liquid separation, and steam treatment—providing an integrated industrial evaporation solution.
