This heat exchanger utilizes a plasma-welded corrugated plate pack as the core heat transfer element, replacing traditional tube bundles. The fully welded process eliminates rubber gaskets, ensuring hermetic isolation. Hot and cold fluids flow countercurrently through independent channels, with corrugated plates enabling high thermal conductivity and turbulence-enhanced heat transfer with minimum temperature difference of 1ºC.
