The EC500-AC600 plate evaporator is a new-type evaporation equipment featuring high heat transfer efficiency, easy maintenance and expandability. With plates as its core heat transfer elements, it boasts heat exchange performance and a compact structure far superior to those of tubular evaporators. It is widely applicable to the material liquid concentration and evaporation processes in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, light industry and other sectors. It saves a great deal of installation space under the same evaporation capacity, and can adapt to the concentration requirements of various working conditions, making it an excellent alternative to tubular evaporators.

This plate evaporator is a complete evaporation system, whose core consists of three major heat exchange components: plate preheater, plate heat exchanger and plate condenser. It is equipped with auxiliary parts such as material pump, gas-liquid separator, demister, steam scrubber and supporting pipelines, forming a complete evaporation and concentration process.
