The EC650 Plate Evaporator is an industrial evaporation and concentration equipment featuring high heat transfer efficiency, easy maintenance and flexible expandability. With plates as its core heat transfer elements, it is widely applied in the material liquid evaporation and concentration processes across various industries by virtue of its excellent heat exchange performance and compact structural design. It serves as an ideal alternative to traditional tubular evaporators and is suitable for a variety of production working conditions and installation scenarios.
EC650 Plate Evaporator industrial equipment overview
This equipment is a complete evaporation system, whose core consists of three major heat exchange components: plate preheater, plate heat exchanger and plate condenser. It is equipped with auxiliary parts such as material pump, separator, demister, steam scrubber and supporting pipelines, forming a complete evaporation and concentration process. The material and steam channels of the equipment are alternately assembled from the same type of plates via gaskets or welding, supporting three assembly forms: detachable, semi-welded and fully welded. The optimal type can be flexibly selected according to the medium characteristics, pressure and temperature requirements of actual production.
Plate evaporator internal components and assembly
The equipment operates based on the principle of indirect heat exchange. After the material to be evaporated is preheated, its temperature rises above the bubble point under the corresponding pressure and continuous boiling occurs. The gas-liquid mixture formed by boiling enters the separator, where the high-concentration liquid and pure saturated water vapor are effectively separated, ultimately achieving the concentration and purification of the material. The whole process features high-efficiency heat exchange and stable operation.
