Removable Plate Heat Exchanger with High Heat Transfer Coefficient
The TS20 Removable Plate Heat Exchanger delivers exceptional thermal performance through innovative design and robust construction, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
Structure and Working Principle
The core of the TS20 Removable Plate Heat Exchanger consists of heat exchange plates made of corrugated metal thin sheets with stamped grooves. Gaskets are fitted around the plates, which are arranged at fixed intervals and then compressed and fixed with clamping studs. Holes at the corners of the plates form continuous medium channels; the medium enters through the inlet and is evenly distributed into the flow passages between the plates.
All plates are equipped with gaskets and arranged alternately, separating the cold and hot fluids in their dedicated channels. Under normal working conditions, the countercurrent flow mode is adopted for heat exchange: the hot medium transfers heat to the metal plates, which then conduct the heat to the cold medium on the other side, ultimately achieving the process goals of cooling the hot medium and heating the cold medium.
