Corrugated Plate Base Structure: Features the corrugated plate design of plate heat exchangers with smooth plate surfaces. The unique corrugated structure generates fluid turbulence even at low flow rates, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency. The smooth surface design minimizes scaling probability and reduces maintenance frequency.
All-Welded Sealing Process: The complete plate bundle is welded using argon arc welding from base material, eliminating any non-metallic sealing materials. This gasket-free design fundamentally resolves leakage problems associated with traditional heat exchangers caused by gasket aging and sealing failure, ensuring superior sealing stability.

Adapts to temperature range of -195°C to 538°C and pressure range from vacuum to 8.2MPa, meeting parameter requirements for virtually all heat exchange process applications.
