The EC500-Plates Plate Evaporator is a high-efficiency heat exchange device designed for industrial evaporation processes. Core Working Principle
This equipment achieves material evaporation and concentration through wall-type heat exchange. After preheating, the material undergoes heat exchange with the heating medium on both sides of the heat transfer plates, raising the material temperature above the bubble point at corresponding pressure to achieve continuous boiling. The resulting gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separator, where high-concentration concentrate is separated from pure saturated water vapor, fulfilling the core objective of material concentration. The separated water vapor can be further processed and recovered in the condenser.
Equipment Structure and Assembly Types
Flow channels for material and steam are formed by alternately assembling plates of the same specification, sealed either by gaskets or welding. Three assembly types are available to meet different industrial requirements:
Detachable Type: The mainstream and core configuration with multiple practical advantages, making it the most widely used in industrial applications.
Semi-Welded Type: Balances sealing performance with partial disassembly and maintainability, suitable for scenarios with specific corrosion or sealing requirements.
All-Welded Type: Excellent sealing performance with high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, ideal for demanding chemical and corrosive material processing applications.
