Our company specializes in heat exchange equipment manufacturing, offering comprehensive services including production, sales, design, processing, and maintenance of heat exchange equipment and related accessories. As a professional manufacturer of plate heat exchangers and heat exchanger plates, we deliver reliable thermal solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our 25,000 square meter facility features 18,000 square meters of building space equipped with advanced production machinery including:
10+ large-scale presses
10+ large-scale punching and shearing equipment
CNC cutting systems
Laser cutting technology
Laser welding equipment
With over 500 developed molds, we ensure high-quality, large-scale production capabilities for diverse industrial requirements.
How Detachable Plate Heat Exchangers Work
Detachable plate heat exchangers consist of multiple heat exchange plates—thin metal sheets with corrugated grooves. These plates are sealed with gaskets around the edges and compressed by clamping studs at specific intervals. Corner holes form continuous channels where media enters and distributes between plates.
Each plate features sealing gaskets and alternates in arrangement. Two separate fluids flow through their respective channels in counter-current fashion, separated by the plates. Heat energy transfers from the hot medium to the plates, then to the cold medium, effectively cooling the hot fluid while heating the cold fluid.
Key Features and Benefits
High heat transfer coefficient for efficient thermal performance
Easy maintenance and cleaning capabilities
Low fouling factor for extended operational life
Compact design with small footprint and lightweight construction
Flexible heat exchange area adjustment and process combination changes
Minimal terminal temperature difference
Performance Comparison
While detachable heat exchangers offer excellent serviceability, they have lower temperature and pressure capacities compared to semi-welded plate heat exchangers (SWPHE), fully-welded plate heat exchangers (WPHE), and brazed heat exchangers (CBE), along with reduced corrosion resistance.
Industrial Applications
Plate heat exchangers serve critical functions across multiple industries including heating, cooling, evaporation, condensation, sterilization, and waste heat recovery applications.
Solar Energy Utilization Systems
Chemical Processing Plants
Steel Manufacturing Facilities
Metallurgy Operations
Central Heating Networks
Marine and Shipping Applications
Global Reach and Reputation
Our heat exchangers, plates, and accessory products have established significant domestic market presence while exporting to over 100 countries worldwide. Continuous innovation and exceptional quality have earned us a strong market reputation across diverse industrial sectors including chemical, power, heating, refrigeration, petroleum, shipping, and metallurgy applications.
